Davita Dialysis takes up the front of the building. Park on the side and enter the "South" entrance. Then down the long hallway into Suite E.

and leave a message, clearly stating your name and your phone number. Your call/text will be returned as soon as we are able to. Please check with your insurance company about referred providers.
Sessions are by appointment only. It usually takes two to three weeks to initially get you on my schedule. After the initial session, clients are typically seen bi-weekly, until such a time when less frequent sessions are needed.
You can pay privately or use your health insurance. Self-pay/private-pay may give you more flexibility with your treatment options, whether to seek reimbursement from your insurance or deduct medical expenses on your taxes. Deductible medical care expenses include costs to alleviate or prevent mental illness. IRS.GOV
If you are having an emergency, please contact your medical doctor, your psychiatrist, or go to the Emergency Room at the nearest hospital.
